Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, personalized products from Luma Paw Home are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons.

If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email 3095408008@qq.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.
