Luma Paw Home currently ships orders from China to customers in the United States and Canada.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery

Orders of US$90 or more: free air shipping.
Orders under US$90: air shipping is US$10 and typically arrives in about 15 days; sea shipping is US$5 and typically arrives in about one month.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been prepared and dispatched. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or remote destinations.

Personalized orders

For personalized memorial boxes or urns, we will send a digital proof before production. You may request revisions at no additional charge until you approve the design. Production begins after approval, so prompt replies help avoid delays.

Welcome gifts

Qualifying personalized gifts are prepared and shipped together with the products in the same order.

Protective packaging

Ceramic and solid wood memorial products are protected with foam packaging for transit. Please inspect your parcel when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged or incorrect.
