Shipping rates & timing

Orders under US$90 can choose one of the following delivery options at checkout:

• Air shipping: US$10 — estimated arrival in about 15 days.
• Sea shipping: US$5 — estimated arrival in about one month.

Orders of US$90 or more ship free.

After placing your order, email a clear pet photo, your pet's name, any dates or wording, and your order number to 3095408008@qq.com.

For a clear result, please send your highest-quality original photo whenever possible. Custom production begins after we receive and confirm your personalization details.

Returns for personalized items

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email 3095408008@qq.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review and help.
