Store and eligibility

Luma Paw Home operates from China and currently sells to customers in the United States and Canada. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly because of screen settings and handmade or natural-material characteristics. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel or limit orders where reasonably necessary, with any affected payment refunded.

Personalized products and proofs

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of names, photos, messages, and other materials you submit. For personalized memorial boxes or urns, we will provide a digital proof before production and allow revisions at no additional charge until you approve it. Approval authorizes production. Personalized items are final sale except when damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. Payment must be completed using a method available at checkout. We may contact you if information is missing or if an order presents a fraud, availability, legal, or delivery concern.

Shipping and returns

Shipping destinations, rates, estimates, customs information, and personalized-order timing are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
